Q1. What are the registration categories?
A: Participants may register as either a Presenter or a Listener.
Q2. What is the difference between a Presenter and a Listener?
A: Presenters submit an abstract and present (Poster or Oral), while Listeners attend the conference without presenting and
only need to complete fee payment.
Presentation Type & Time Slots
Q3. What presentation types are available for presenters?
A: Presenters may participate via Poster Presentation or Oral Presentation (subject to abstract review outcome and program
requirements).
Q4. When will I receive my presentation time slot (Oral/Poster)?
A: Your exact presentation time slot will be confirmed in the final program and/or communicated by the iENFORCE2026

Q5. How are oral presentation slots assigned (Day 1 in-person vs Day 2 online)?
A: Oral presentation slots for Day 1 (in-person) or Day 2 (online) are assigned by the iENFORCE2026 Committee based on the
abstract review outcome and program requirements.
Q6. How much time should I prepare for poster presentation and judging?
A: Prepare (1) a 3-minute core pitch and a 1-minute quick overview for busy attendees; and (2) for judging, prepare a
presentation of no more than 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes Q&A.
Abstract Submission
Q7. What is the submission process for presenters?
A: Abstract submission ➡️ Abstract review ➡️ Editorial decision (accept/revise/reject) ➡️ Fee payment ➡️ Publication
submission (Proceedings or Journal).
Q8. What is the maximum word limit for the abstract?
A: Abstracts must be ≤ 250 words, using the abstract format/template provided on the website.
Q9. Can I submit an abstract without following the template?
A: No. Please follow the required format and guidelines provided on the website.
Q10. What happens after I submit my abstract?
A: Your abstract will undergo review, followed by an editorial decision.
Q11. If my abstract requires revision, what should I do?
A: You will be notified to revise and resubmit within the given timeline.
Q12. What if my abstract is rejected?
A: The submission will be rejected and will not proceed further; however, you may still attend as a Listener (with fee
payment).
Fee Payment
Q13. When do I need to pay the conference fee as a presenter?
A: Fee payment is required after your abstract is accepted to proceed with participation and publication submission.
Poster Requirements
Q14. What is the poster size requirement?
A: Posters must be A1 size (33.11" Å~ 23.39" or 59 cm Å~ 84 cm).
Q15. What poster format should I follow?
A: Please follow the poster format/template provided on the website.
Q16. What type of paper should I use for printing my poster?
A: Presenters may choose their own poster paper type based on their preference and budget.
Publication Options & Submission
Q17. What publication options are available after acceptance? Can I change my choice later?
A: Authors may select only ONE publication outlet (Proceedings or Journal), and no changes are allowed after
selection.
Q18. What is required for proceedings publication?
A: Full papers must be submitted to the iENFORCE2026 Secretariat by the specified deadline and will undergo
proceedings review before an editorial decision.
Q19. What is required for journal publication?
A: Full papers will undergo journal review and editorial decision. If applicable, an Article Processing Charge (APC)
may be required for journals indexed in MyCite, Scopus, SJR, ESCI (Web of Science), EBSCO, ProQuest, Google Scholar,
and other international indexing databases; any APC must be paid directly to the journal by the corresponding
author.
Q20. Should I submit my manuscript directly to the journal/proceedings system?
A: No. Do not submit directly unless you receive explicit instructions from the iENFORCE2026 Secretariat.
Q21. Who decides whether my abstract/full paper is accepted or rejected?
A: All publication decisions are made entirely by the editorial team of the selected journal/proceedings, based on
their review process and criteria; the iENFORCE2026 Committee does not influence editorial outcomes
